The chain forming machine, receiving the rope from the upstream rope sizer,
cuts it in equal portions and, by compressing them inside a forming chamber,
forms each individual candy, giving the desired shape and weight. Chain
technology is the most suitable solution for high filling rates when it
comes to hard candy process. Executive provides two chain forming machines
configuration for medium to high speed productions.
Chain forming technology is not recommendable for gum production.
