A wide range of configurations for the Raw Materials dosing (with our without intermediate holding tank) and Cooking System represents a flexible solution to fit all production need. COOLING PROCESS
Cooling drum is the automatic and compact solution to condition the mass received by the cooker, in continuous or by batch, transforming it into a continuous film which, thanks to a dedicated and accurate tempering system, is delivered to the downstream stages at uniform and consistent conditions. CONTINUOUS PULLING AND STABILIZING PROCESS
The Continuous Pulling Machine with automatic discharge is a patented system for mass aeration and crystallization. It can be integrated into any processing line to achieve an intensive and uniform sugar mass pulling. Automatic discharge is then accomplished by a special discharging screw-type method for a continuous mass flow which feeds the downstream production line/s via a stabilizing belt. Belts are controlled in temperature and adjustable in speed Once fully stabilized and crystallized, the mass is automatically transferred to the downstream process equipment (either 1 or multiple cut & wrap line/s or forming line, depending on customer’s recipe and production needs).
PRE-FORMING PROCESS (CUT & WRAP LINE)
The pre-forming line is suitable to prepare a single rope to feed any type of cut & wrap machine at syncrhonized speed. APPLICATION Soft candy Toffee Caramel masses Chewable Products in single or double colors TECHNICAL FEATURES The pre-forming line is tipically composed of a batch roller and a rope sizer to prepare and feed, at synchronized speed, the downstream cut & wrap machine with a suitable rope section. If required, an intermediate relaxation belt is implemented before the cut & wrap machine in order to stabilize and release tension inside the rope. This solution allows the rope feeding even at high speed in a uniform and controlled manner. EXTRUSION AND COOLING PROCESS (CUT & WRAP LINE/S)
The extrusion and cooling line is suitable to feed any type of cut & wrap machine at low and high production rates. This type of line can handle simultaneously multiple ropes in single, double or even three colors with several possible patterns configuration. DIE FORMING PROCESS
The Rotary and Chain forming systems are suitable for the production of formed chewy candy and toffee with any shape (unfilled, filled with liquid or powders or paste) from round/oval to squared and odd shapes. Depending on dough texture and finished product, a rotary or chain forming technology as well as a dedicated line configuration with extruder or batch roller is selected to achieve the best cosmetic quality of the formed pieces.
